Please enter at least one possible time slot when you can attend the class.

Such a time slot can be longer than the lesson duration.
Example: The lesson lasts 40 minutes, but you have the whole of Wednesday afternoon. Then enter, for example: "Day of the week: Wednesday, start time: 1:30 p.m., end time: 6:00 p.m."

If you have a preferred time, enter it in the "Comments" field. Then click on "Enter time slot" at the bottom.
